We are seeking a data-driven Director of Supply Chain and Hardware Procurement to optimize our purchasing and streamline workflows and processes. This role will report to our operations leadership team in New York.


What You Will Do:


  • Responsible for building the supply chain, procurement, storage, distribution, and inventory/ fixed assets management capabilities.
  • Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and anticipated demand for goods and materials and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing purchasing activities.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to optimize the purchasing process, including the use of the Company's purchase order system, Coupa, and compliance with related controls
  • Undertake analysis of CLEAR's existing supply chain and vendor relationships across all departments to identify and quantify consolidation and savings opportunities
  • Design, implement and oversee full procurement cycle SOX compliance
  • Develop qualified, competitive sources of supply on a continuing basis through a comprehensive financial and market review
  • Interfaces with Product, Engineering, and operations in order to understand and meet their requirements with regard to new program launches
  • Responsible for the procurement of materials, services, and supplies
  • Analyze and evaluate the organization's overall purchasing trends to identify areas where purchases could be made in bulk
  • Tracks and improves cycle times for RFQs, qualifying new parts and suppliers
  • Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
  • Lead the resolution of demand/supply balance issues and manage the product allocation process
  • Establish key performance indicators to monitor the supply chain for optimal resource utilization while minimizing total cost and business risk

Who You Are:


  • 8
    years of focused experience in the supply chain, contract management, competitive price analysis, supplier relationship management, and performance management
  • Specialized expertise in the IT (hardware and software) category
  • Understanding of current/trending market conditions, and how to best leverage them in a diverse, technology-driven, enterprise organization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive savings using various category strategies
  • Successful experience in driving change in complex environments, including 100% adoption and compliance with the Company's requisition and purchase order system
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and interact in a cross-functional environment with all levels of executive management
  • Strong working understanding of and experience in contract law, and negotiations in both Legal and Business terms in Legal Agreements
  • Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to analyze and explain pricing models
  • Strong understanding of integrated ERP systems and contract management systems is a must. Experience with NetSuite and Coupa is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
