Business Analyst - Digital Transformation and Advisory Services (DTAS)

Essential Duties Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) for PKFOD's Advisory Services, with overall responsibility for deploying leading tools, templates, and techniques for our project teams Developing and maintaining all training assets for business analysts executing client projects Ensuring all business analysts are sufficiently trained and have access to all relevant methodologies, tools, templates, and techniques Support the DTAS Operations Manager in all aspects of business analysis Serving as the business systems administrator for PKFOD's project management software and supporting tools Standing in as a business analyst on client engagements as needed Mentoring project teams delivering client engagements Qualifications BS degree in business, computer science, engineering, finance, or other relevant field of study 8-10 years of business analysis experience Advisory Services experience preferred Technically oriented - IT business analyst experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have managed people, directly or matrixed, and have experience hiring and evaluating talent Flawless ability to present complex data and information, simply and clearly, to multiple levels of management, in order to enable managers and leaders to make timely and effective business decisions Collaborative team player with emotional intelligence, a sense of fun, and the ability to earn credibility and build relationships across a diverse group of internal stakeholders and outside partners Exceptional level of discipline, integrity and a strong sense of accountability for performance and driving results Advanced computer skills in MS Office and leading BI tools Experience with ERP solutions a plus High attention to detail and accuracy Travel within the tri-state may be required #LI-LC1 #LI-HYBRID
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
