develop and run learning programs for Global Banking partner with Global Banking colleagues and senior management to translate business needs into effective learning programs promote learning through proactive engagement with employees facilitate business-specific workshops engage in ongoing review of talent strategy and improvement Manage Americas Administrative Assistants Work with the Chief of Staff on ad-hoc requests such as global client information requests and access to the CEO and Chairman Your team You'll be working in the Global Banking Management team in New York. $80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
