Responsibilities:
The program manager will be responsible for overall program oversight (rolled up status, budget, timeline, scope, dependencies, risks, mitigations, etc.) across the entire program and interconnected projects The program manager will also be responsible for completing scoping (initial requirements, resource needs, timelines, and budgets). Act in part as an owners rep, joining meetings as proxy for local stakeholders. Routine report into local PMO and Engagement leads - high level timelines, risks, blockers, enterprise needs. De-conflict various project lanes, ensure proper timelines for communication, logistics. Create and manage program charters, schedules, resource plans, program budgets, and financial cost/benefit models. Interview stakeholders, document requirements and dependencies, clarify program scope, and host program kick-offs. Ensure objectives and deliverables are accomplished according to plan. Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly. Provide program-level status updates and reporting to sponsor and stakeholders, and facilitate regular program status meetings (including agendas, presentations, minutes, action items and follow-up). Responsible for managing the overall performance and delivery of large/cross-functional programs/projects; including scope, schedule, risks, issues, and budget. Provide program governance with clear and consistent communication of program level and project level status throughout the organization at all levels. Ensure that issues and risks are identified, communicated to project sponsors and stakeholders early and proactively managed in a manner that mitigates risk to scope, cost, and schedule. Communication skills are essential as the Program Manager will need to interact daily with stakeholders and communicate schedules, changes, project tasks, etc. Adhere to Project roadmap created specifically by region, analyze risk, prepare documentation, track progress, and provide updates to stakeholders. Manage the prioritization, resource allocations, and budgeting for projects. Ensure project stays within budget. Strictly adhere to the client's Project Management Methodology and reporting requirements, including project plans, agendas, meeting minutes, risks/issues logs, status reporting, and any other required project deliverables. Manage interdependencies and effective communication channels between all existing projects to ensure the on-going alignment of priorities, expectations, resource availability and service delivery. Develop, document and manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, budget management and monthly executive reporting. Manage other vendors assigned to this program to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and as expected. Create a communication and supporting communication to inform stakeholders and leadership on status, processes, issues, risk mitigation strategies, etc.
Qualifications:
B.S./B.A. degree in relevant field (or equivalent work experience). 7
years' work experience in Program and Project Management and demonstrated leading medium to large programs. Strong Project Management skill set; PMP Certified or Scrum Master. Must have experience managing large office relocations; build outs and move Communication/Self-Starter/Initiative taker/multi-tasking. Adhere to Project roadmap created specifically by region, analyze risk, prepare documentation, track progress, and provide updates to stakeholders. Ensure project stays within budget. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders, across functions including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts for a variety of audiences. Ability to effectively prioritize critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery. Appropriate sense of urgency and commitment for critical deliverables.
