Responsibilities:
Work with engineering, content marketplace, and product teams to understand business goals and product requirements to empower them with actionable insightsPartner and collaborate closely with data science, data engineering, and sales associates to rapidly deliver insightful and curated data setsExplore and draw insights from large and diverse data sets of images/videos/music metadata, customer interactions, and contributor dataImprove data processing and analysis procedures to drive automation and reusability to scale our deliverabilityCreate compelling and insightful reporting and interactive dashboardsWork with the team to brainstorm ideas, verify analyses, and perform peer reviewsRequirements:
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficient in SQL and working experience with large and diverse data setsKnowledgeable of relational data models and statistical principlesAbility to work cross-functionally with business partnersWorking knowledge of visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar3
years of relevant work experienceB.A. / B.S. in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative fieldBonus Skills:
