IT Security Analyst
Job Summary The Information Security Analyst is responsible for maintaining the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems related to the corporate, retail and e-commerce infrastructures. The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for leading and executing key projects on the Security roadmap. The Information Security Analyst will also be responsible for performing assessments, pen tests, vulnerability scans and audits to maintain compliance as well as improve the company's IT security life cycle and overall security posture. What You Do o Serve as Project Lead for IT Security initiatives. o Document project planning, implementation, and outcome. o Support consolidation of Security programs across Retail divisions. o Perform Risk Assessments on business units/departments. o Conduct penetration testing. o Monitor the organization for security breaches and investigate when a violation occurs. o Configure, support, and evaluate security tools and technology. o Lead and participate in a 24x7 Incident Response Team. o Research the latest information technology (IT) Security trends. o Recommend security enhancements to management or senior IT staff. o Mentor the other members of the IT Security team in areas of expertise. o Develop security policies, standards and best practice procedures for the organization. Knowledge & Experience o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field o Senior level Certification(s) from organizations such as GIAC, ISC(2), ISACA, CompTIA o 3
years of experience in network and information security o Hands-on experience with endpoint and network security technologies such as malware analysis, firewalls, IDS/IPS, web and email content filtering, vulnerability management, and SIEM. o Expert knowledge of Application Security and testing. o Extensive knowledge of compliance areas such as PCI, SOX, CCPA and GDPR. o Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27002. o Knowledge of BCP and DR processes and procedures. o Ability to handle multiple projects and problems in a fast-paced environment. o Strong customer service attitude and perspective. o Strong written and oral communication skills.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
