Project Delivery Manager
This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Delivery Manager for our New York - One Penn Plaza office. Be involved in projects with our Infrastructure and Operations Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges. Your Impact The successful candidate will be conversant in financial terms and metrics and have experience of reviewing these and identify potential concerns and items for Business Management Leaders to focus on. Candidate will take part in training our PMs with tools to successfully manage profitable projects, while providing quality deliverables to clients. A good communicator who can be proactive with PMs in all phases of Project Delivery life cycle from proposals to project close out. Leads in developing work plans for addressing technical issues within project time and budget. Provides leadership in technical and professional activities on projects. Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. Who You Are Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or related field. 7 years of relevant post education exprience Experience working on projects with responsibility for cost and schedule control and reporting internally within the company Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to a technical and non-technical audience. Proficient self-leadership with attention to detail, accuracy, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment. Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Essential professional licensure/certification.

$80K -- $100K
