Clark Team, a top-producing team at Brown Harris Stevens, is seeking a licensed real estate agent ready to hit the ground running with built-in sales opportunities in the fast-paced NYC real estate market.
The ideal candidate will be a natural people person with a professional manner and tireless work ethic committed to zealously representing real estate clients and pursuing new sales opportunities.
The role requires extensive weekend hours showing properties, meeting clients and flexibility to show residential real estate properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Candidate must be highly motivated, positive attitude, tech-savvy, problem-solver and team player committed to long-term success.
New agent will have direct access to team leader for career mentorship and robust team systems in place to succeed in a fun and collegial environment.
Candidate must be a licensed real estate agent and will be a 1099 independent contractor with Brown Harris Stevens.
Compensation will be based on commission with tremendous upside.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
