What you should know about Operations Associate II In this position, you will support the Cash Management Operations teams on various day-to-day operational duties including positive-pay scrubbing, ACH selective items processing, internet banking troubleshooting and client service enhanced product setup.
Role also responsible to maintain and prepare management metrics reporting (weekly and monthly) and manage monthly invoice review and approvals by the Director of Cash Management Operations.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
Provide day-to-day operational support to the various cash management operations teams.
Specific role depends on needs within the teams (i.
e.
vacation coverage, high volumes, system problems).
Maintain metrics associated with cash management operations services; weekly data from each team lead and assist the director of cash management operations in maintaining and preparing monthly management reporting metrics, KPIs and KRIs.
Provide invoice processing support to cash management operations.
To be successful, your background should match these
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 - 5 years banking or related experience in cash/treasury management products and services Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, BBA, etc.
) from four-year college or university and three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Comfortable using various cash management computer applications for transaction processing and support.
Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint and Word Candidate must be willing to cross train in other department functions to be able to provide coverage as necessary Candidate must be organized and able to perform within a high volume areao Candidate must be discrete and professional.
