Macro Intraday Risk Tech Lead

As a Barclays Macro Intraday Risk Tech Lead, you will represent the FICC Risk & Pricing Technology Intraday Team and manage a team of developers in New York, seated on the Trading floor, facing off to Traders and other stakeholders.
You will work directly for stakeholders in the Macro Trading business, collaborating closely with colleagues in risk and quantitative analytics to build and maintain a suite of tools used for intraday risk management.
Salary / Rate Minimum:
$125,000 Salary / Rate Maximum:

What will you be doing? o Consolidating, upgrading, and maintaining of Front Office pricing spreadsheets and other Front Office tools o Building out of new platforms to run analytics on the server-side, reducing sheet and client complexity o Using analytic skills and understanding of financial instruments to build best-in-class solutions o Facing front office stakeholders directly to understand requirements and iterate on solutions o Completing other development and analysis tasks as delegated by the team lead o Collaborating with Traders, gather requirements, troubleshoot problems o Supporting level 3 Production working with Trade Floor Support to investigate/fix production issues What we're looking for:

o Experience in building complex software systems that have made it into production o Proficient in using standard CI/CD tools and source control tools (e.
