Accounts Payable Specialist
A real estate company in New York City is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Accounts Payable Specialist to their team.
In this role, the Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for reviewing AP inquiries and processing invoices.
Responsibilities:

Navigating inquiry intake ticketing system, such as Zendesk or Salesforce Working with manager on weekly updates of ticket and invoice volume Handling day-to-day high priority payment requests Completing other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

months of Accounts Payable and/or related experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or a related field Experience in Account Reconciliation Familiar with P2P systems/ERP's Familiar with Procurement Operations Microsoft Excel proficient Solid analytical, problem solving, and research skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills:
Experience with Workday Experience with Vendor Statement Reconciliation, including payment inquiries / ticket correspondence Recommended Skills Accounting Accounts Payable Analytical Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
