JobSummaryWe are seeking a recent grad fora 12-month paid internship to join the Office of Transformation North America.
The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation and thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment.
As an intern, you will gain valuable experience working ontransformation projects across various functions, including marketing,operations, and technology.
You will work closely with senior members of theteam to support and deliver transformation strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of transformationprojects across various business units.
Conduct research and analysis to support the development oftransformation strategies.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement anddevelop action plans.
Support the preparation of presentations and reports for seniorleadership.
Attend meetings and assist with the preparation of meetingmaterials.
Assist in the coordination of training and development programs foremployees.
Conduct benchmarking and best practice research to supporttransformation initiatives.
Support the development and execution of communication plansrelated to transformation projects.

Qualifications Completeda Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field within the past12-months.
