Nursing Informatics Specialist

A recognized New York City healthcare network is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their staff Remotely as their new Nursing Informatics Specialist.
In this role, the Nursing Informatics Specialist (RN) will be responsible for providing leadership in the formulation of informatics strategies and role competencies that enhance the integration of technology into clinical practice.
Responsibilities:
The Nursing Informatics Specialist (RN) will:
Act as a liaison to the divisions of nursing professional development and evidence based practice and assist with project team efforts in the design, implementation and evaluation of technology implementation in the clinical settingAssist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to nursing practice and clinical Information systems and clinical informatics competenciesParticipate in performance improvement initiatives as it relates to practice and information systemsProvide an advanced leadership role in planning, designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating clinical information systems as they relate to nursing and other clinical usersProvide leadership in the coordination of information technology and healthcare activities for integrated delivery of efficient and cost-effective healthcare servicesPerform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
4
years of Nursing experienceGraduate of an accredited School of NursingNYS Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBLS certificationClinical Systems Implementation experienceSolid assessment and documentation skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Recommended Skills Certified Nurse Practitioner Clinical Works Communication Information Technology Leadership Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
