Job DescriptionShift:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pmBasic Function:
Manage electronic archiving requests and other management activities associated with electronic archiving in collaboration with technical and legal teams
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple electronic archiving projects from initial request through post-Production testing For each electronic archiving request:
Serve as the primary contact for all cross-functional team members Manage and track to standardized procedures for each electronic archiving product (i.
e.
Electronic Records Archive, IBM Content Manage On Demand, Archive360) Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings Document and track issues and facilitate resolutions Submit tickets as outlined in procedure documents Collaborate with Information Management, Information Technology System Owners (ITSO), and production operations teams to prioritize and resolve any issues associated with electronic archiving projects Provide overviews of the different archiving processes and the requirements for each, to system owners, business owners, or other inquiries Field questions from system owners and direct them to the appropriate groups Participate in end-user functional testing of software products and tools, as needed Required SkillsSkills:
Very strong technical and analytical skills to drive projects forward and resolve issues Excellent communication, interpersonal and client services skills at all organizational levels Detail-oriented Self-motivated and strong team player Ability to multi-task responsibilities while cognizant of deadlines Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft skills particularly Excel, Word, and Visio Required Experience
Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in technology Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes Knowledge of information and archiving lifecycle phases Presentation experience preferred UAT experience preferred College degree preferred The national pay range for this role is $72700- $118400 / year.
The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee.
The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to:
education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
