We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Product Manager for Investment Bank Markets Regulation Stream, to:
oown (together with the Regulatory reporting lead) the overall quality of the stream's products (transaction reporting capability) including their operational health, client and internal user satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomesohelp formulate transaction reporting long-term vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and key results as well.
ointeract with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape opartner closely with the Crew Product and Technical Leads, aligned businesses and control functions across streams and divisions.

Your teamYou'll be working in the Regulatory Reporting product team, which will be part of a boarder international team within the Market Regulations Stream.
The team has the overall ownership of the Global regulatory transaction reporting product and priorities focusing on automated, complete, accurate and timely reporting for UBS and its clients.
Your expertiseostrong product leadership skills in financial markets regulations (Dodd Frank, ESMA, SFTR, FINMA, etc) and/or capital markets platform development ogood understanding of the transaction reporting operations management / control's frameworkodata-driven and analytical mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions ofocus on client centricity and commercial success oability to drive change across the organization and influence key stakeholdersosignificant platform and F2B process design expertise with ability to adopt complex requirements across functions (trading, middle office, operations, data, etc.
