POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Employee Development and E xperience is responsible for owning various aspects of employee learning and development, engagement, and performance initiatives.
This role will support the Senior Director, Employee Experience and Engagement in developing and delivering the elements of the GSUSA Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
This role is instrumental in creating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization , ultima tely driving overa ll business object ives.
Essential Responsibilities
New Hire Onboarding:
Develop and implement a comprehensive new hire onboarding program that creates a positive , engaging , and supportive experience for new hires and their managers, setting them up for success.

E mployee Engagement :
Manage the employee engagement surve ys ( onboarding, culture, exit) , including survey design, administration, data analysis, and reporting.
Assist in development and management of employee engagement activities, and m aintain a calendar of programs that align with the EVP, enhancing employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Employee Value Proposition:
Assist with designing and developing the GSUSA EVP which is aligned to GSUSA objectives and culture.

Learning and Development:
Own the end-to-end process of designing, developing, and delivering learning programs to address organizational and employee needs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs.
Manage the LMS content and reporting functionalities.

Performance and Talent Development:
Assist with the design and implementation of a performance management process that supports employees and managers in goal setting, continuous feedback, reviews, and development plans.

Required Competencies
Experience creating and delivering an Employee Value Proposition that addresses culture, core competencies, and full performance management life cycle.

Demonstrated Learning & Development experience building L&D strategies and executing against them.

Experience creating and executing communication and training strategies, coordination of activities, change management recommendations and development of presentations/materials.

Strong presentation , training facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Experience developing and managing a plan to ensure long term and sustainable usage of an online Learning Management System.
E xperience with Litmos a plus.

Project Management experience, demonstrating ability to d evelop project plans and collaborate effectively across stakeholders and teams to define goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Competence in administering employee engagement surveys and analyzing and delivering results.
Experience evaluating engagement and survey tools a plus.

Reporting and d ata analysis skills that would allow for data to inform recommendations to improve the employee experience based on trend analysis.
Required Technical Skills
Office 365 or similar suites
Competency in PowerPoint or similar presentation software
Competency in Microsoft Excel or similar software
LMS management ( K nowledge of Litmos a plus) ? You Need
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of five (5) years related experience in a corporate environment PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This job operates in a professional office environment.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday with a 35 hour per week schedule.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

SALARY RANGE:
$61,900 - $117,300 What We Offer:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
