Job Description Role Mission TheGucci Regional Visual Manager - Market is responsible for excellence in visual merchandising across all full price store locations in the market, as well as for optimizing business opportunities and developing the regional visual team.
While reporting to the Director, Visual for the Market, the Regional Visual Manager leads the collaboration with the Market Retail Market Director and is a primary business partner for store leadership.
In this role, the Regional Visual Manager will ensure consistency across markets and synergy of visual directives with business needs.
The Regional Visual Manager empowers and drives the commitment to excellence in all visual merchandising and collaboration within the retail network.
Key Accountabilities Lead the creative execution of the Southwest market through impactful visual merchandising; Empower and help the team to formulate novel solutions to required adaptations and substitutions for the Worldwide (WW) creative direction when necessary; Oversee all Implementation and maintenance of visual displays/merchandising in the market while maximizing business opportunities; Ongoing training of In-Store Visual Merchandisers, traveling Visual Merchandisers, Visual Ambassadors and Store Directors in visual merchandising standards that are in line with the Retail Excellence objectives; Lead the window execution for the market; Oversee all visual merchandising requests and needs for special events throughout market; Remain aware of the competition in retail/visual industry standards in the marketplace; Partner with Market and Store Directors to effectively support current business trends with visual needs as they arise; Travel required throughout market to the team with any visual needs; Manage regional travel budget.
Key Requirements Minimum 5 years professional experience in Visual Merchandising and at least 2 years managing a team; Must be very flexible with hours of work and available to work adhoc overnights and weekends to meet urgent deadlines; Adhoc travel at short notice may be required several times throughout the year; Must be comfortable with ever changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; Experience shaping point of view with information and opinions from various sources; Comfortable working with ambiguity and across different cultures and management styles; Strong attention to detail and passion to work quickly/efficiently and able to prioritize and meet deadlines; Candidate should be open to regular travel as needed within the market to support the visual team as needed; Proficiency with Powerpoint and basic photography skills; Multi store experience preferred but not required.

Salary Range - New York For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, GUCCI includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role.
This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $76,500 to $92,400.
