A liaison with third party vendor regarding check approval.
Primary responsibilities include Accurately review check deposits received via remote check capture system.
Ensure checks meet guidelines to post on client accounts (payee, endorsement, default limits, dates, etc).
Provide updates and obtain approvals from Private Client Groups (PCG) and Senior Management to clear pending items on remote check capture system.
Serve as liaison with third party vendor regarding all remote check capture approval.
Create and circulate reports summarizing client account activity.
Provide assistance to Manager and Analysts on a variety of operational issues and projects (i.
e.
new accounts, documentation, system implementations, procedures, etc.
).
Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum of 2 years related banking experience Check negotiability characteristics (required) Financial services / products (preferred) Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills.
