HCL Software is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Business Application Management (BAM) team.
As the Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Business Analysts (BAs) and collaborating with the business to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects across multiple clients simultaneously.
Your expertise in managing people in an IT/Business Processing environment, and solution-oriented mindset will be instrumental in improving processes to increase efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts (BAs) within BAM, focused on Client Facing Systems, fostering their professional growth, monitoring their performance, and ensuring their engagement and productivity.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and timelines, and effectively translate them into actionable specifications for the team.
Oversee the successful execution of multiple projects across various clients simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Foster effective collaboration and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the quality of deliverables within BAM, Client Facing Systems Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, employing problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Bachelor's degree Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience, including minimum of 5 years managing people, preferably in an IT or transactions business process environment In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a solution-oriented approach to driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency to extract and analyze data.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
