The Product Data Coordinator will play a key role in properly setting up new products in the ERP system to ensure accurate and timely purchases/sales and product information management.
The role is a part of the Direct Supply Chain team, whose goals are at forefront of the company's strategy.
This role is part of the Sourcing team, whose mission is procurement of products while taking into consideration specifications, manufacturing standards, pricing, aesthetic and more.
This role will play an integral part in ensuring all of sourcing's data collection is reflected in the system's setup and maintenance.
The Product Data Coordinator will be responsible for JD Edwards Enterprise 1 (ERP) Product setup and maintenance (Item Master, Item Branch, Item Cross References, Supplier Catalog, Supplier Relationships, UOM Dimensions, Weights, and Conversions).
Product information management uploads and maintenance that creates a single source of truth and enables sharing across various stakeholders.
Data Maintenance - Identifying and resolving inconsistencies in product data in various systems that may arise.
Other support tasks that assist the sourcing team.
Experience & EducationBachelor's Degree in information technology, business, or related field.
2years data quality or similar level data analysis experience.
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or equivalent ERP/Inventory Management and Product Information Management systems experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required.
