JOB PURPOSEProvide Commercial Finance support to key stakeholders for the Americas driving retail business performance, productivity & profitability, and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIESoSupport the Finance Manager in driving productivity & profitability across the Americas business oSupport the Finance Manager on Capex appraisals modelling for Americas oProduce timely and accurate Budgets and Forecasts for Americas Retail & Digital sales & opexoProduce timely and accurate weekly/monthly reporting including insight and analysis in trends and KPIsoProduce results and reporting on key KPIs monitoring stores performanceoSupport Finance Manager to provide business cases for store investment and complete post investment reviewoDevelop a strong & trusted partnerships with shared services team (BBS) seeking efficiencies in month end activities and transactional reporting.

However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
oThis position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
