Additionally, there is the fast-paced and sometimes ad-hoc responsibility for all meeting planning, calendar management, VP travel oversight and practically all elements of client visits; event planning and set-up.
Lastly, the role requires research on culturally relevant brands and slide preparation for the VP, diffused to the New Business Development (NBD) team here and abroad.
The position is central to the smooth functioning of the entire NBD NA Team with heavy client interface and coordination.

Your key responsibilities Collaborate with the NBD on the creation and processing of multiple Legal documents & contracts for external use; track the progress; and signing through Legal system interface (ContrActus) platform.
Create and track individual paying client invoices to ensure payments are received, tracking their progress and payment in system interface (SAP Fiori), per the SOW and Service Agreements.
Schedule and organize internal, external and remote meetings, including preparation of submission materials, conference room booking and set up, video conferences, and catering for executive and teams.
Act as point of contact for internal and external teams; provide a bridge for smooth communication between VP office and internal departments; and clients.
Provide general support for each internal team > assist with sampling and shipping support during PTO coverage; pull Regulatory paperwork; invoicing, NBD Newsletter creation, VP Presentation Slides; and meeting coordination when VP is needed, etc.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange flights, hotels, prepare consolidated agenda, Visa applications, ground transportation, research destinations, book restaurant reservations etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
