Business Analyst
A New York City-based cosmetics company is looking to add a new Business Analyst to their team.
In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day technical support and management of creative workflow management tool, including account setup, application configuration, incident and risk management, business investigation and planning, and training.
Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will:
Enterprise account management activities, including:
user incident management & engagement, IT & business coordination, administrative configuration, user provisioning, systems reporting, etc.
Work closely with Global Creative Executive Director, Program Manager, Platform Product Owner, and Vendor to summarize collected information, identify trends, and devise the best technical and operational solutions possible.
Create and maintain requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and workflows Act as internal subject matter expert and main point of contact for all Wrike support inquiries and needs Identify and management project risks (including escalation to senior leadership when necessary) to ensure the on-time delivery of business goals Prepare and deliver effective presentations Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

years of Business Analysis experience Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Skills in Product / project management Experience with SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development Efficient experience with gap analysis for business process modeling and improvement Basic understanding of change management practices:
training, adoption, user communication, etc.
Business acumen with creative operations, creative production, and marketing technologies Solid analytical and problem solving skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Able to multitask efficiently and effectively Desired Skills:
Experience with WRIKE or other PM tools Recommended Skills Account Management Administration Analytical Attention To Detail Business Analysis Business Process Models Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
