Main mission To lead the Design Engineering team of HV Battery Pack and the related activities within the Product Line team, including Design and CAD Engineers, by coaching them, animating, and taking decisions for the team, developing them for the future.
To ensure PO CES Battery Pack Design meet systems requirements from conception (CAD), to simulation, with Components Development (CDE) support, including Prototypes to validation (Labs) and its assembly.
To support launch for new product lines (Innovation Design level) in line with the innovation roadmap (POC methodology) To supervise Components Development for Battery Pack development performance To ensure innovation product lines transfer from Research & Innovation to Development with smooth methodology and tools transfer To support understanding of client feedback and expectations and support client dialogue with Sales teams Responsibility 1 :

Drive MS Design Engineers for development scheduling within Projects in order to establish a mid-term strategy and manage priority between Projects Ensure maximization of synergies between different product designs targeting BOM cost optimization, especially within the same product families based on normative regulation (railway, mining, etc.
) Ensure that the BOMs are well managed by the MSDEs during whole development process by introducing Golden Rules and Best Practices for BOM management Ensure that Industrialization of Battery Pack is conform / comply within Projects in term of Design, Validation and assembly.
Easy working meetings within core-Team for enabling Product/Process Convergence.
