The individual is an avid outdoors enthusiast, giving the candidate the opportunity to travel on multiple international and domestic trips throughout the year, including hunting, fishing and other outdoors adventures.
This position is both in and out of the vehicle working on tasks that will give the candidate the opportunity to grow and learn the functions of an entrepreneur.
Independent assignments will also be given that will allow the candidate to sharpen their skillset physically and mentally.
Candidates will work closely with the family including nannies and a personal chef.
Coordination with the building staff, extended family and executive staff will be a daily responsibility.
Reliability is an extremely important factor to ensure everyday is as smooth as possible.
Responsibilities ? Daily start time:
7am sharp in Hudson Yards usual finish time:
5pm, unless notified of an evening event.
Dinner will always be provided.
? Run errands as requested - in the most time efficient manner ? Coordinate routing of different pickups/drop offs ? Daily time management ? Coordinate and build relationships with various different vendors ? Thorough research of various assignments no matter the nature.
? Service and maintain vehicles by keeping them up-to-date with all inspections, registrations and all service appointments at dealerships.
? Answer, emails, calls and texts in regards to business matters ? Actively work on assignments from family based roles to one off daily assignments as well as the typical routine day.
Qualifications ? Excellent driving record ? Ability to navigate NYC in a large SUV ? Excellent Punctuality ? Willingness and ability to travel domestic and international ? Strong situational awareness to ensure family's safety ? Military background a plus, but not required ? Strong communication skills ? Able to multitask and complete assignments efficiently ? Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Google and Apple products and software Job Type:
