HR Director (Contract)
Our higher education client is looking for an Interim HR Director for a contract position.
The ideal candidate has HR experience in the education field.
This HR Manager/Director level position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days per week in their downtown NYC location.
Pay $45-$55/hour
Responsibilities:
Day to day management of the HR function Oversee employee relations cases System administrator for HRIS System, extract and manipulate reports Effective partnerships with key stakeholders Oversee performance management process Act as escalation point for any HR related tasks including Benefits, LOA's, Workman's Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, DEI, etc.
Manage and lead direct reports Required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an HR Manager/Director level role At least 7 years of experience in an HR Generalist capacity, with strong emphasis on employee relations, benefits, HRIS and payroll BA Degree preferred Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs Proficiency with Google Suites, Microsoft Office Suites, & Mac OS.
