Wednesday - Sunday 7 am - 7 pm (60 hours).
Must be flexible to work weekends as scheduled especially in the beginning phase of the position.
The family is willing to give a rotating weekend off later on.
Occasional overnights are needed from time to time.

Benefits:

Job Description:
A private family in the Upper East Side seeks to hire an experienced Nanny to assist with the supervision of three (3) children ages:
6 months, 3, and 6 years old.
The ideal candidate should have a team player mentality as this position requires working with a household team.
The family is searching for someone with a mindset of long-term goals and longevity, with strong childcare experience working with newborns/infants.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing children's schedule Working alongside other staff members (housekeeper, and a full-time nanny) Follow all guidelines and schedules created by the family Always ensuring the safety of the children Assisting with school drop-off, and pick-up Taking children to and from appointments and activities Arranging play dates and educational activities Coordinating the family travel schedules Providing all aspects of childcare while creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment Maintain a constant line of communication and reporting to the parents Running errands and procuring children's supplies as needed Assist with children's laundry, managing their wardrobes Assist with packing and unpacking for travel Assist with cooking meals and preparing snacks for the children Traveling with the family to Southampton, NY in the summers (must be able to live in 5 days of a week) Requirements:
Excellent references are required from current and previous employers Minimum 5 years of related experience working in a similar setting supporting young children Prior background in Childhood Education, Teaching, and Private Tutoring is a huge plus Certification in CPR & First Aid Must be able to implement schedules and procedures set by the family Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Polished, poised, and professional Intelligent with strong problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Must have valid US work authorization Valid driver's license to drive in the Hamptons Valid passport Flexible to travel with principals to the Hamptons and any other location as needed Great swimming skills Must be fully vaccinated against covid-19 SSIN123 SOCIETY STAFFING379 West Broadway, 2nd FloorNew York, NY 10012Agency DCA License #2008231646.
