Summary:
A private family in the Upper East Side, NY seeks to hire an experienced Driver who can assist with driving 3 teenage kids (10, 12, and 14 years old) to and from various afterschool activities, sports, and other evening events.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a great attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to support the children not only in their safety from place to place but making a personal connection with each family member.
Responsibilities:
Safely drive three children to and from destinations including school, activities, events, and other appointments Assist with drop-offs and picks ups at school Drive principals to occasional dinners or evening events as needed Ensuring the pristine condition of the vehicle at all times Making sure all insurance and registration are up to date Hands-on support with household tasks and errands as needed The family is able to provide a vehicle during working hours, garage is available for switching vehicles.
The family's vehicle is not a takeaway car; it must be stored in the garage at the end of each working day.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience with Private Families and Individuals Excellent references from current and previous positions Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Must be family-oriented and comfortable working around children Must be able to undergo an extensive background check Flexibility with working late hours Valid driver's license Valid US work authorization Must follow all CDC recommendations against COVID-19 SOCIETY STAFFING379 West Broadway, 2nd FloorNew York, NY 10012Agency DCA License #2008231646.
