MonthsCommunications TeamSupport leadership with the implementation and management of a comprehensive internal communications strategy and plano Draft communication messaging and content as outlined in the communications plans, focusing on what is changing, why, the impacts and the benefits of the changeso Redesign and maintain the Function's internal intranet siteo Drive consistency in look, feel, and messaging amongst/across communications, keeping in mind Client Standards, Guidelines, and Visual Identity, and provide advisory support and guidance around Client standards for writingDesired Qualifications /
Experience:
o 3
years of experience in internal and/or corporate communications, preferably on large-scale transformation and/or experience managing eventso Demonstrated strong project management skillso Superb interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detailo Experience with web and/or intranet/SharePoint site design and maintenanceo Ability to distill and present large amounts of complex information in a clear, concise, colloquial manner as well as creatively visualize information for a wide variety of communications mediums (including intranet/SharePoint sites, presentations, guides, reports, articles, etc.
)o Must be entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable working in a small team environmentwhere self-sufficiency and proactivity is essential; is comfortable working independently with limited directiono Must display maturity in interfacing with senior executives and handling confidential informationo Fast learner, action oriented, organized and resourceful self-startero Demonstrated experience creating, owning, and developing presentations along with advanced skills in SharePoint, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and WordBA Degree required, preferably in communication.
