Equity Research Analyst, Clean Tech


Responsibilities:
Conduct company specific and industry wide research evaluating earnings, valuations, and industry models.
This includes write research reports on coverage companies/ industries, analyze data, earnings, and news using reliable data sources Build and maintain financial models Conduct proprietary and/or primary research to generate novel insights Attending industry and company events:
company presentations, meetings with management, conferences Researching company accounts/reports and other sources and drafting research notes Analyzing numerous data sources to produce recommendations (buy, sell, hold) Communicate with our institutional clients, responding to requests for models, reports and data analysis Work on short and long-term research projects Provide Cross sector coverage as needed Integrate research with our London research product when applicable
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent FINRA licensing:
SIE, S63, S86, S87, if not already registered must be willing to obtain these licenses 5
years of experience producing published content.
In-depth understanding of the U.
S Sustainability technology sector (eg.
battery technology/supply chain, clean energy infrastructure, etc.
) Passion for Equities and deep-dive research Proven quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities including financial modeling, industry and product analysis and report writing Advanced IT skills, particularly in MS Excel Strong knowledge of company valuations and financial modelling CFA preferred Who we are:

Salary will vary based on role, education, level of experience, and expertise ranging between $150,000 to $275,000 dollars as a base salary with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus plus comprehensive benefits package.
