Own/lead social media management and content creation of the brand's TikTok account Create and publish daily content to communicate with our audiences and educate them on our brand offerings and professional solutions Initiate social-driven campaigns and support larger marketing campaigns across the platform Manage, monitor, and interact with users and freelance and partnered content creators for the creation and ideation of content.
Use tracking tools to analyze and optimize content performance and report on metrics Be on top of Real-Time Marketing (RTM) initiatives and know how to deliver quick comebacks for audience engagement Conduct in-depth competitor and market research, be on top of the latest TikTok shifts and trends, and know how to make recommendations to leverage them for the benefit of the brand
Qualifications:
Experience in social media management and creation of engaging content for TikTok Able to capture and produce your own video content on TikTok Video editing skills, both natively within TikTok and computer software-based editing, specifically in relation to TikTok content Superb copywriting skills - able to adapt to different brand's tone of voice Obsessed with social trends.
Know what's relevant (or not) to our professional audiences Basic understanding of web development and code Think outside the box and proactive approach Flexibility to sometimes work outside standard working hours when required (events, launches, etc.

In addition to base pay, you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
