Loans Administrator - Syndication and Bi-lateral Loan

HYBRID Position with NYC BankMUST HAVE:
Syndication and Bi-lateral LoansResponsibilities Process, monitor and check all required daily operations for Syndication and Bi-lateral Fund Finance loans and Customer Time Deposits.
Execute loan funding instructions to Treasury team by booking/checking loans in various General Ledger and trading systems and process payments.
Verify loan and time deposit operations against source documents such as loan agreement, Agent bank loan notices and time deposit confirmation.
Monitor email/loan notices from Agent Banks for new loan borrowing/repayment/repricing and if necessary, communicate with the Agent Banks.
Review loan agreements and other related loan documentations to ensure transactions are processed in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
Skills & RequirementsEducation:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
3
years of relevant work experience in related Loan administration experience.
Any experience using FLEXCUBE and CALYPSO systems can be a plus.
Must be versatile, able to work effectively, independently, and as part of a team.
Ability to deliver practical solutions in a demanding high-pressure environment.
