KISS Digital Operations Department is looking for a Digital Media Performance Marketing professional to assist and manage day-to-day execution and optimization of various marketing programs across specific channels, namely, paid social, paid search, display and programmatic.

Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of various marketing programs across specific channels, namely, paid social, paid search, display and programmatic.
Experience in-platform with the setting up, optimizing, and scaling of existing and new paid awareness and acquisition campaigns based on set KPIs in aforementioned channelsTrack channel performance key KPIs, interpret data, and work with the Marketing Team & relevant agencies to create optimization plans to ensure programs scale efficientlyBe responsible for daily reporting for your owned channels and use insights and analysis to help inform our performance marketing roadmap and budget, for new product launches and ongoing& new growth marketing initiativeQualifications2-4 years of experience with multi-channel acquisition marketing experience, primarily at a direct-to-consumer e-commerce and/or similar agency experienceExperience in Facebook Ads, and Google AdWords is a must; experience in alternative growth channels like Tik Tok, programmatic & affiliate marketing is a plusThorough understanding of key customer acquisition metrics and how to report against themA great mix of creative and analytical thinkingCustomer-centric and brand-obsessedWe offer a competitive benefits package!(Eligibility may vary.
