Training and coaching hourly staff to support our talent pipeline ? Assisting growth by helping to identify and develop trainers ? Maintaining strict adherence to proper food safety and sanitation procedures ? Ensuring safe working conditions to reduce the risk of injury and accidents ? Representing and protecting the CHOPT brand ? Establishing staff compliance with all policies and procedures ? Assisting with administrative tasks such as:
scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering, Qualified candidates must have:
? Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
? ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications ? Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information ? Skill in using a computer and/or tablet ? Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils ? Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds What's in it for you.
