Job Description:
Provide effective service to the employer; Arrange the employer's daily schedule, personal affairs, take care of hospitality, complete assigned work, and accept time flexibility; Working in New York, Las Vegas, and LA.
Provide efficient administrative support to local and regional offices; Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Mandarin is required Good communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability in dealing with clients at all levels Effective time management and planning skills
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and manage complex scheduling, including extensive calendar management, agendas.
Make travel arrangements, including visas, hotels, flights, transfers, taxis and hire cars and update travel spreadsheets / costings etc.
Arrange lunches / dinners & customer services as required.
