Paralegal, Private Real Estate
One of our favorite clients, a global asset management firm in Midtown East, is looking for a new Paralegal to join their legal team!This is a hybrid position with 4 days on site1 work from home day to be determined each week.
Hours are 8:
30-5:
30pm with a 1 hour lunch period, flex for OT when neededIn this role, you will support a small team of attorneys on the private real estate side of the business.
You will assist with private fund and entity formation and real estate investmentsYour day to day will include:
Reviewing and drafting documentsPreparing board meeting materials and taking minutesAdministrative filingLegal invoice managementReviewing background reports and drafting summariesAssisting with due diligence and AML requestsCalendar managementCreating meeting agendas and notesInteracting with Gen Counsel and other legal team members in NY and abroadOur ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree preferred2+years of relevant law firm experience or in-house legal experienceExcellent communication skillsAdvanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite and ConcurAble to work independently on projectsComfortable working across global time zones and with remote colleaguesInterest is asset management and joining an organization long termThe firm offers a professional, collaborative, collegial environment with generous benefits.
