This role will be primarily responsible for identifying, sourcing, developing, and converting prospective commercial client relationships within the real estate, finance, and investing sectors.
As a secondary area of focus, expected to participate in the oversight and execution of M&A growth strategies Geography:
Candidates can be located in any major metropolitan area and will be expected to travel.

Responsibilities:
Represent the company the utmost integrity and excellence, as one of the company's most visible external ambassadors Cultivate a robust pipeline of commercial client relationships across the U.
S.
, leveraging existing network of contacts while actively generating new prospective leads Foster close relationships with key decisionmakers spanning REITs, property managers, financial investors, and other participants in the real estate ecosystem Work to ultimately convert and retain large commercial partners as revenue-generating customers, and increase general market awareness of the availability of public adjusting services Regularly track and prioritize all prospective commercial client relationships M&A responsibilities Work directly with CEO to expand the company's footprint into new/adjacent geographies through beachhead acquisitions Work directly with CEO to deepen the company's density within existing states through tuck-in acquisitions / 'acqui-hires' Support Company's M&A sourcing efforts and pipeline development, by fostering close relationships with relevant owners, brokers, bankers, and other deal sources Qualifications 7
years of experience in a business development or corporate development role with large REIT, commercial property manager, commercial real estate platform, or private equity fund Successful track record of developing corporate, 'blue-chip' partnerships within the real estate ecosystem Has familiarity with acquisitions of small to medium-sized companies, particularly involving founder-operators (preferred) Entrepreneurial and tenacious mindset, with an enthusiasm for sales and business development Strong quantitative orientation, with an analytical and objective approach to decision-making Strong verbal and written communication skills Results-oriented and proactive Maintain proactive and frequent communication to ensure alignment with management executives and Board of Directors Confidence and Credibility:
