Experience:
o 24 months of Emergency Department experience is required.
o 12 months of travel experience is required.
o 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.
o This role will require floating to multiple units o Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
o Flu vaccination required for onboarding.
Declinations not accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

No on call Completion of educational program for licensure as a LPN Successful completion of required New York State Department of Health LPN IV Therapy Initial Program for the demonstration of competence in the performance of intravenous therapy/blood administration procedures as part of Centralized Orientation.
Successful completion of annual unit-based review & update program in procedures associated with intravenous therapy.
BLS must be AHA Maximum days off:
