You will be closely working with multiple Bankers to help customers and maximize overall satisfaction & advocacy.

Salary / Rate Minimum:
$75,000Salary / Rate Maximum:

What will you be doing?o Helping Bankers to develop and maintain new/existing client relationships; assisting in the delivery of good outcomes for our clients and our businesso Improving/maintaining solid Client Satisfaction scores by deepening your familiarity with clients and their needs in order to suggest appropriate products and solutionso Developing a working knowledge of key Corporate Banking products, policies and processes and become the 'go-to' for a wide range of requestso Assisting in client meeting preparation and attending meetings with Banker(s) where appropriateo Deepening awareness and limiting the potential for fraud across the portfolio(s) by driving discussion of current fraud trends and how to protect against themo Leading, initiating, and managing the onboarding of new client relationships including crossborder activityo Working with KYC team to obtain all relevant documentation; assisting with portfolio contact strategy, including input into Client Account Planso Helping with several business management duties, including client maintenance, CRM system support, RD queries and ad hoc initiativesWhat we're looking for:
o Bachelor's degree is desired and two or more years of experience in a customer facing roles is requiredo Prior experience at a retail branch, corporate environment, or non-banking experience with account management experience will be consideredo Prior experience in delivering results through building relationships and maintaining solid customer relationships and internal network relationships is requiredo Prior experience in client service and communication, planning and organizational skills is requiredSkills that will help you in the role:
