As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy executives and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, as well as handling various administrative tasks.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be required to interact with artists, industry professionals, and other key stakeholders.
Location:
New York, NY Responsibilities Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for meetings and events.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Conduct research and provide support in gathering relevant information.
Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Familiarity with the music industry is a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
