Private Equity Sr Sales Leader, AGS-NAMER-US-ISV

We're seeking a seasoned leader to inspire and lead a team of senior sales executives focused on driving the adoption of AWS Cloud Services within our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Private Equity customers.
This team is responsible for all facets of a complex portfolio of customers spanning the top 6 Private Equity (PE) Firms.
The leader will build a business to enable SaaS PE ISVs to innovate and build their solutions on AWS leading to the acceleration of top line revenue goals.
The leader must have strong business acumen, a leadership track-record of building high growth businesses, and excellent executive relationship and communication skills.
This team has a broad impact internally and externally so the leader must be able to effectively align the Sales team cross-functionally with the Partner Organization, Business Development, AWS product teams, and Senior Executive Teams.
As a Senior Leader focused on our fast growing ISV customers and partners in North America, you'll have an exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of cloud computing, by building and leading a sales team dedicated to helping Private Equity ISV customers deliver innovative solutions leveraging AWS services.
In addition to owning the team and revenue for a large portfolio of PE-backed ISVs, this leader will also be the Single Threaded Leader for revenue at all PE-backed ISVs in North America regardless of Segmentation, and reporting lines.
This leader will build executive relationships across all the PE firms and develop a revenue growth strategy for PE-backed ISVs that can be executed in any PE ISV in North America and Globally.
This leader will act as the Global subject matter expert on building a durable business for ISVs owned by PE firms to grow; removing blockers, increasing velocity, and facilitating new platform capabilities to unlock growth and influence AWS's Global PE Strategy.
The right candidate will possess Private Equity knowledge and seasoned leadership experience that enables them to lead a team of senior Account Executives with engagements at the CXO level.
They should also be able to effectively engage AWS executives on creative proposals and influence roadmap decisions for both AWS and the ISVs.
To be successful, the candidate needs be a business owner, able to build and execute long-term plans, and be a highly inspiring leader.
The leader should effortlessly motivate the team to deliver on the revenue targets, and ensure that AWS remains earth's best employer.

Responsibilities:
Drive adoption and growth of AWS usage from PE-backed ISV customers within the ISV Segment.
Exceed annual revenue and growth targets Build and manage a team of seasoned strategic sales professionals Ensure customer satisfaction Lead the development and execution of account plans by the field sellers Inspect joint Go-To-Market (GTM) activities to drive and accelerate adoption of AWS' ISV's products, working closely with AWS partner teams Manage operational complexity and broad stakeholder development Build and nurture Executive RelationshipsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
