We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Partner Program Manager to join our growing team.
As the Channel Partner Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing the end to end program requirements and manage the channel partner relationships to drive business growth.
Key job responsibilitiesPartner Recruitment:
- Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with our business goals and target markets - Evaluate potential partners based on their capabilities, reach, and potential contribution to the companyOnboarding and Training:
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to educate new partners on our products, services, and brand - Provide ongoing training and support to ensure partners are well-equipped to represent our offerings effectivelyRelationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners, serving as the main point of contact for any queries or concerns - Work collaboratively with partners to develop joint marketing and sales strategiesProgram Development:
- Design and execute channel partner programs that drive sales, increase market share, and enhance partner profitability - Create incentive programs to motivate and reward top-performing partnersPerformance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze channel partner performance against agreed-upon KPIs - Identify areas for improvement and work with partners to implement corrective actionsMarket Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to ensure our channel partner program remains competitive and relevantContract Negotiation:
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners, ensuring clear terms, expectations, and compliance with company policiesReporting and Communication:
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of the channel partner program to the executive team - Communicate updates, changes, and important information to channel partners in a timely mannerAbout the teamAmazon Key for Business is the multiunit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team.

The Business Development and Marketing team provides strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategy to drive customer adoption.

New York, NY, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
