Looking for an extremely efficient, exceedingly bright, well-organized, and self-motivated individual to support the Physician of a cosmetic surgery practice in New York, NY.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide high-level support by proactively coordinating and maintaining schedules, meetings, and travel logistics while balancing competing time commitments Provide day-to-day support by note taking, tech troubleshooting, researching information online, mail/shipping, running errands, and various miscellaneous tasks Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation by identifying and clarifying needs and desires; researching options; developing itineraries Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate Act as point of contact for out-of-office scheduling; correspondence of events/appearances/conferences Act as a reliable point of contact between the Physician and his team Responsible for calendar management, meetings and event coordination and travel arrangements.
Support Physician by developing and implementing systems that maximize efficiency Conserve the time and support the efficiency of the Physician by reviewing, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; preventing interruptions and resolving issues Update and track delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines Manage incoming emails, ensuring timely, accurate and appropriate response Recording, reporting, and archiving of personal information; implement and establish streamlined organizational system Maintain an updated, accurate, and thorough contact list Anticipate needs of physician and take initiative to solve problems independently Handle special projects and tasks as they arise and as directed Ability to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature Maintain privacy, discretion, and confidentiality QUALIFICATIONS This position calls for a highly organized individual as their role will require self-direction, flexibility, and a capacity to give and receive feedback graciously.
Attention to detail is highly important for this position.
The duties and responsibilities of this position require strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, discretion, tact, and excellent grammar/proofreading skills.
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and interact effectively.
The Personal Assistant should possess the following professional qualifications and personal attributes:
Strong technical skills, including Mac proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Exemplary organizational, planning, and time management skills Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills A willingness to proactively seek ways to support physician Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solver with a demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively Demonstrated capacity to work as part of a team, as well as independently AVAILABILITY This is a full-time position.
This position requires that the candidate have a very flexible schedule.
Could be work anywhere from 30-45 hours per week; as needed.
SALARY Negotiable.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
