At least 2-5 years experience Microsoft Office Suite BasicsExperience in observing and analyzing large amounts of dataCreating reports of data trendsUsing digital formatsAbility to write and/or transfer dataCreating/Using MS Forms to capture dataExperience in using Java, Angular, HTML, Power BI, PowerApps considered a plus.
Experience in SharePoint
Responsibilities:
Observe sources of electronic data for usable informationInput data from available sources into relevant fieldsCode dataTransform data into actionable informationMaintain records as requested by Director Data Information and Analysis.
Analyse data to identify trendsDevelop visual representations of quantitative and qualitative data.
Ensures company complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding data security and document management.
Liaise with IT systems expertsDELIVERABLES & DUE DATESDeliver thorough and complete data analysis and provide documentation on a timely basis.
