The hourly rate is $30 to $40 per hour. Contract to hire position 3 to 6 years of IT Support / Service Desk Support. Responsible to provide a high level of L2 and L3 Desktop and Helpdesk support services to the user base, both on-site and remote. Troubleshoot software and computer peripherals, Active Directory and Group Policy. Provide support for Desktop and Laptop computers, printers and other equipment. Support MS Office, Office 365, and Skype for Business. Any knowledge of Windows Servers or Cloud / AWS, or Application Support is a plus. Suggest improvements to the operations.
