Salary is 140k to 170kHybrid position in NYCWe are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Manager to drive the growth and advancement of our employees in the technology field.
The ideal candidate will excel in creating and implementing innovative learning solutions and programs from the ground up.
Key
Responsibilities:
Learning Program Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and define development objectives.
Design and develop engaging learning materials and experiences using various methodologies and technologies.
Learning Implementation:
Facilitate learning sessions and workshops to enhance employee knowledge and capabilities.
Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless delivery of learning programs.
Metrics and Evaluation:
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Analyze data to evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve programs.
Alignment with Organizational Goals:
Ensure learning initiatives align with organizational objectives and priorities.
Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted development plans.
Learning Goal Management:
Develop and maintain a learning calendar to track progress and ensure timely delivery of programs.
Adjust learning strategies to meet evolving business needs and learner requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience creating leading-edge organizational and learning programs from the ground up.

years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the technology industry.
Proficiency in instructional design and learning management systems.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in project management and data analysis is a plus.
Bachelor s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
Master s degree preferred.
