This role will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, leveraging their proficiency in Adaptive Insights to administer and optimize the platform for accurate and strategic decision-makingAs the primary administrator for Adaptive Planning, responsibilities will include maintaining system integrity, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering valuable insights through comprehensive reporting and analysisThe role will partner with commercial leaders and their teams, acting as a vital link between operations, accounting, and financeA deep understanding of fundamental accounting principles, finance best practices, and passion for data analytics is essential This role will directly report to the Global Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis Essential Job Functions:
Financial Planning and Analysis Develop accurate financial modeling and projections including budgets, forecasts, and 5-year pro-formaPrepare executive presentations for management review Provide detailed reporting and analytical support to commercial leaders to evaluate actual performance vsbudgetProvide explanations for variances and opportunities for improvements Conduct thorough data gathering to extract valuable insights for identifying opportunities for improvementManage regular ad-hoc reporting and oversee special projects. Adaptive Planning Administration:
Act as the primary administrator for Adaptive Planning, overseeing tasks such as maintaining GL and other account structures, managing organizational structure, enhancing model calculations, and developing/maintaining reports and dashboard visualizations Provide support for the integration of Adaptive Planning with other company systems such as Business Central (Ledger) and CRM Reporting and Dashboard Creation:
Prepare and distribute accurate and insightful financial reports, KPIs dashboards, and executive presentations to various stakeholders leveraging Adaptive Planning Ensure the integrity of reported financial results by maintaining planning/reporting models and databases Collaborate with other departments and operations to understand their specific reporting needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency by leveraging Adaptive Planning. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the finance and/or accounting field Proven experience in Adaptive Planning administration Adaptive Planning Integration proficiency is a plus Possesses well-developed planning, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast paced environment to meet client needs Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
