The Summer Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Related Fund Management private equity team in evaluating and executing investments across the U.
S.
Specifically, this analyst will assist in underwriting, due diligence, and closings.
We'll trust you to:
Perform financial analysis and due diligence for new investment opportunities Create an untended proforma to evaluate the property's existing/future income Suggest an appropriate investment amount (if applicable) Assist in preparing business plans, including annual operating plans, financial forecasts and strategic plans Research and analysis:
including but not limited to comparable industries, submarket trends, etc.
Minimize exposure and risk on various projects Compensation $25 / hour
Qualifications:
Undergraduate rising senior with a target graduation date of Spring 2025 A strong passion for real estate Application Information:
