Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers to and from the airport in a timely manner.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle at all times.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading their luggage.
Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and helpful to passengers.
Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding passenger safety and security.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a professional driver, preferably in a similar role.
Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes to the airport.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical fitness to handle luggage and assist passengers as needed.
