- Bachelor' Degree in computer science- 10
years of experience in Front-end / Web UI development, 3-4 years of experience in ReactJS & Redux- Proven experience as a UI Tech Lead with a strong hands-on approach in developing UI frameworks, libraries, and components using React and other relevant frameworks.- Ability to create standardized UI frameworks that can be reused across the organization.- Experience collaborating with users to gather UX feedback and providing suggestions on design patterns based on identified problems.- Strong knowledge & hands on experience of Web Development:
ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, Authentication mechanisms- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Structures and Algorithms- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to learn rapidly- Experience in performance tuning, code profiling, code review, hands on experience using Best Patterns and Practices- Experience with unit testing frameworks- Working knowledge of Unix / Linux.- working knowledge with version control systems, packaging frameworks and devopsNice to have- Working knowledge of Core Java- Working knowledge of relational databases (preferably SQL or DB2)- Agile Development Methodologies Hybrid:
